Klinkert Rechtsanwälte as DFL's Counsel for the Tender of the Bundesliga Media-Rights
For the successful award of the media rights (AV, Audio und DOOH) of the Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga in the seasons 2021/22 to 2024/25, the attorneys of Klinkert have advised the DFL in the areas of copyright/media law, contract law, sport commercial law and arbitration law.
