As of July 1, 2019, Prof. Dr. Stefan Kirsch will join Klinkert Rechtsanwälte as Partner and Dr. Ricarda Schelzke as Associate, strengthening the firm's white collar practice.
Kirsch (51) has been with HammPartner since he was admitted to the Bar in 1997. Schelzke (33) moved to HammPartner from Freshfields in 2016. Both represent and advise domestic and foreign companies as well as individuals in complex commercial and tax criminal proceedings. Kirsch is also an expert in international criminal law.
Dr. Marijon Kayßer heads the white-collar crime department and throws light on the new team members: "Stefan Kirsch and I have known each other for decades and we have great respect for one another. The white collar practice team at Klinkert Rechtsanwälte will consist of two partners and three associates.
