Dr. Jens Brückerhoff, Counsel, specializes in dispute resolution. He regularly advises German and international clients on disputes before German courts and arbitration tribunals and in terms of alternative dispute resolution. In particular, his professional experience covers governance-related issues in corporate and commercial as well as distribution law. Another focus of his work is deposit protection law and legal issues surrounding the winding up and liquidation of banks.
